Q: How long can the product be stored for?
A: It can be stored for up to 6 months when fully charged. It is recommended that it is charged every three months. General questions and answers
 

Q: Is the product temperature protected?
A: It is protected during charging when the internal temperature is above 55°C.
 

Q: How long does it take for the product to be fully charged?
A: It takes about 6 hours to charge from 3% to 90% with the original adapter, and about 9 hours to fully charge.
 

Q: Can I charge the product with both the DC charging port and the usb-c port at the same time?

Q: Can the product be used while charging?

Q: Does the product switch off automatically?

Q: Can this product be used to start a car?
A: It cannot be used to start a car directly. However, an alternative charging cable is available to charge the car's starter battery.

Charging and discharging

• It is recommended to charge the battery immediately after purchase. When the remaining battery charge falls below 20%, charge immediately to maintain optimum performance for longer life.
   
• When charging, the product will first be initialised and all symbols on the display will be illuminated. After a self-check it will enter charging mode and the display will show "CH" for a long time (charging) and "FU" for fully charged.
   
• Please do not use the output of the product for charging.
   
• When discharging, the current remaining discharge time will be displayed and the remaining time will be automatically adjusted according to the load. The screen will automatically switch off when the battery has been discharged.
   
• Do not completely discharge the internal battery as this will affect the battery life.
   
• When the warning symbol for high and low temperature protection appears on the display, stop using it immediately and switch it off.
